Check In Early If you are already registered and reached the $300 fundraising minimum, visit one of the convenient Pre-Ride Check-In locations to secure your rider number, submit donations and get ride details. (You can also fill out a Promise to Pay form if you have not reached the fundraising minimum.) That way, when you arrive at the event, you can avoid lines and go directly to luggage drop-off. The first Pre-Ride Check-In is July 13. For a full list of dates and locations, click here.
Watch for the Ride and Skills Guides The Bike MS: TOYOTA Best Dam Bike Tour Skills Guide has important safety information and the Ride Guide covers the weekend details. Both will be mailed to registered participants and will include valuable coupons from some of this year’s ride partners.
Reserve Your Dorm Room Registered participants can reserve dorm rooms for Saturday, August 1 at UW-Whitewater through the online reservation form. Cyclists can choose their roommate (also participating in the ride) or one will be assigned of the same gender. Reserve your room by July 12. If you are riding on a Gold, Silver or Bronze Spokes Team, your team captain will submit rooming assignments for you.
